At NM Farm Fresh, we are committed to ensuring that your farm‑fresh products reach you promptly and in the best possible condition.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within Mpumalanga and selected regions across South Africa.
• Customers outside our standard delivery zones may contact us to confirm availability.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days of confirmation, depending on location.
• Rural or outlying areas may require additional time.
• Subscription deliveries follow the agreed schedule (weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly).

Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries are made during standard business hours (08:00–17:00).
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel at a safe location or reschedule delivery.

Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on location.
• Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified value during promotions.

Freshness Guarantee

• All perishable items are packed with care to maintain freshness during transit.
• If products arrive spoiled or compromised, customers must notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
