Cancellation Policy – NM Farm Fresh

Effective Date: 01 June 2026

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while protecting the integrity of our perishable goods:

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
• Subscriptions: Recurring orders can be cancelled or paused at any time, provided notice is given at least 3 business days before the next scheduled delivery.
