- Eligibility: Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Perishable goods cannot be returned unless they arrive spoiled or compromised.
- Notification: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing proof (such as photos).
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exclusions: Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.
